Dealing with difficult people in a week Book

Not a bad little book by any means, although it suffered from being shoehorned into the Teach Yourself in a Week format. I think it would benefit from another update so that it did not make assertions about the definite meanings of lack of eye contact which only apply to the neurotypical, if then, when the neurotypical are rather less typical than we may previously have thought. It might also have benefited from a more thoroughly worked through example or two. I felt it lacked too anything about manipulative people.

Some things I particularly liked: the discussion the impact of passivity and negativity, and the reference to pleasant people as potentially being a category of difficult, recognising that the pleasant demeanour may be superficial and may create barriers: eg someone who won't say no, someone who is difficult to say no to. I thought the very last section on a different coloured background on coping in difficult *times* was an excellent idea.
