Criminal Justice Technology in the 21st Century
This is a great book that talks about a fictional character called Mr. Shmooze. As the name suggests, Mr. Shmooze is the perfect example of how to be in tune with the needs of the people around him, and make them feel like they are the most important thing in their lives.
With many influences from the seminal book "How to make friends and influence people", and exploring the basics of human emotional needs, and how Mr. Shmooze manages to meet these needs to create relationships with his clients.
This is an excellent, short read with a lot of practical examples of creating relationships that evolve into sales.
