Creative Energies: Integrative Energy Psychology for Self-Expression and Healing
I felt like the book was mostly selling the reader on the idea of reiki more than it provided useful ways of actually bringing reiki into the areas mentioned in the title. It's more of a book of testimonials than anything else. There were a few pages that made this purchase worth it for me, and those were the few pages that did provide a method of practice. Those few pages are the only reason I gave a decent rating.
