This book tells you in practical terms how to make people feel loved and wanted. Forget about the usher tags and the door greeters. That is not what makes visitors feel welcome and want to come back. This is a book that will remind you of how it feels to come in to a church where you feel awkward and alone. It teaches you what to look for and how to respond to the stranger looking for people who will see them as people, not as pew fillers. This would be an excellent book to use for a class in Body building.
