Summary (CIP): Presnts and alphabet of emotions from angry to zealous.

Review: The illustrations a funky and stylized. Sometimes it takes a moment or two to see how the emotion is represented. It is also sometimes unclear the animals being represented. Probably not a good idea to use this book for learning animal concept, or animal sounds. What sound does that animal make?...I'm not sure. Is it a dog? or maybe a kangaroo? or maybe a fox? All I know is it has a bowtie on. I like the concept, and even though they may cause confusion or a possible debate on what they are....the illustrations are cool.

Positive review in Kirkus, they accurately call the illustrations flambouyant.

Mixed review from SLJ. The subject matter is not concrete enough for young children, but "Artistically, it is an exceptional work--colorful, original, unique."
