About the Author

Eric Larson began working in the carpet installation business in 1991. He started as an apprentice, training with several quality installers and over a two year period developed the skills to begin his own business. Eric is the owner of Caliber Floors, a carpet installation business. He is a writer and self publisher and is the owner of Caliber Publications. He is the author of three books on carpet installation, The Carpet Installation Training Handbook, Measuring for Carpet and How Did Carpet Get In This House?

Eric is a member of the International Certified Floorcovering Installers Association and is certified through Residential II and Commercial II. He competes in the (WFCA) World Floor Covering Association, Carpet Installation Competition
