Britain : England Scotland and Wales Book

When I moved to England this was a great primer for reducing culture shock. Some of the terms and topics seemed outdated or not too relevant (when I was first flat hunting realtors asked me why I was referring to a water closet rather than a bathroom), but that's a small complaint compared with the broader knowledge of British culture and government. It's not too deep in any one respect, but my intent with it was to simply orient myself so that I could then delve deeper in areas where I needed, and for that purpose it served admirably (along with the standard Frommer's type guides).
