I received this book in a give a way, so these are my own thoughts. I really loved the "warning" at the beginning of the book. Go check it out. This is not my normal type of book. But I found that it was extremely well written. I enjoy historical books that grab my attention and will not let go. Karen Kay took me on a wild adventure. I recommend this book if you like reading about Indians and Whites and their interactions with each other. Well worth the read.
