نویسنده روزنامه‌نگار علمی است. هر Ùصل بیشتر شبیه یک مقاله است تا Ùصلی از یک کتاب پخته. گرچه باید پذیرÙت Ú©Ù‡ این Øجم برای پرداختن به همه‌ی این موضوعات کاÙÛŒ نیست، ولی نمی‌شود ØراÙی‌ گاه Ùˆ بی‌گاه، Ùˆ تلاش نویسنده برای هیجان‌زده کردن مخاطب را به قیمت کاستن از عمق مطالب نادیده گرÙت.
به هر Øال، در این کتاب بØث‌های گیرایی Ù…Ø·Ø±Ø Ù…ÛŒâ€ŒØ´ÙˆØ¯ØŒ به خصوص در مورد خودآگاهی. از طرÙÛŒ چون نویسنده روزنامه‌نگار است، شما این Ùرصت را پیدا می‌کنید Ú©Ù‡ با Øال Ùˆ هوای علم در Ùضای رسانه‌ای Ùˆ ژورنالیستی آشنا شوید. همچنین در مورد برخی سوالات بسیار چالش‌انگیز علمی از نظریات روز باخبر می‌شوید Ú©Ù‡ سبب کنجکاوی بیشتر است.
