Bewitching the Highlander
I think Lois Greiman missed the mark with the one. The beginning is interesting, but waaay overdone. Then we don't even see Charity's viewpoint until about 136 pages in! And it switches only 3 or 4 times, I think we would have been better off without, or much much sooner. And I don't like seeing a hero who is a self-professed coward, but always seems to have something up his sleeve...except Keelan never does. No tricks, no heroism, it was kind of disappointing until the end of the book when we got some real action, some real insight into each character and enough of the bs. The ending was okay, but it is touted as a treasure hunt, when there is no hunting, alot of being tortured and alot of running. Really a disappointing end to the Men in the Mist trilogy.
