The manga is a coming of age story following these young Japanese high school girls in their journey in high school. The manga is light-hearted and humorous. Don't expect a heavy drama or a roller coaster ride of emotions but rather a ride of laughter and warmth. Since the plot is not that much heavy, there wasn't much character build up with the characters, their roles remain constant towards the end, however, majority of the characters are easy to love. In terms of the physical appearance of the manga, the art style is pretty much basic and not complicated. It compliments to the simple yet heartwarming theme of the story.
