Very validating for a recent adult diagnosis. a great place to begin if your ADD has really held you back on the job. I'm going to seek out something that is more of a workbook, practical skills type of resource, but this is a good overview of things to think about to get yourself to be more self aware of what your needs are and what general changes would be good to make.
