Abolitionism and American Politics and Government, Vol. 3
Loved the portrayal and how the whole work was centered within the primary sources. Still, it was a work of patriotic style that if not excusing Washington for his connection to slavery tried very hard to down play/ show that he was not a fan by the end. That said, it also does a great job showing the various influences that changed his opinion on slavery as well as how his view of Quakers could have kept him from doing more.
