Der Wolf - faszinierendes Wesen,in der Natur erfolgreich,in der Geschichte verdammt. Zwar nicht mein erstes Buch zu diesem Thema,aber mein erstes seit langem wieder.
Schon immer fand ich den Wolf als eines der faszinierensten Wesen unter uns. Warum?
Er umkreist als uraltes,blutrünstiges Schattenwesen die Welt des Menschen,geistert durch uralte Mythen. Gehasst,gejagt,verdammt.
Kein anderes Tier wurde auf so unverdiente Weise dämonisiert und verurteilt wie der Wolf.
Und das obwohl Bruder Wolf dem Menschen doch in sovielen Dingen ähnelt.
Fast kein anderes Wesen weist ein so hochentwickeltes Sozialverhalten auf und ist der Gruppe so ergeben wie der Wolf. Seine zärtliche Aufzucht und Fürsorge der Jungen,sein poetisches Heulen,sein scharfer Verstand, seine blutdürstige Natur erscheinen mir wie ein Spiegelbild der primitiven Seite des Menschen.
Für mich immer wieder faszinierender Lesestoff.
Ein schöner,nicht all zu dicker Bildband,mit tollen Farbaufnahmen, gespickt mit kurzen, informativen Texten.
Ein kurzer,erster Einblick in das Wesen "Wolf".
