This was nice. I mean, turns out I wasn't that interested in the history of the umbrellas but I still enjoyed it, particularly the little poems here and there and the chapter that contains anecdotes involving umbrellas. I'm not gonna lie, I also payed attention to the tips about preserving your faithful umbrella.
[Some notes: there are a few expressions in French that aren't translated; the book is available on Project Gutenberg; I downloaded the version with pictures but no pictures showed up :( it might have been due to my device though.]
