It begins a new arc. Everyone is returning to school, and dealing with the events of the fifth book. Jonah is still ignoring Luna, and now there seems to be a new member of Heather's clique. A student named Jia Lin is catching the eye of a lot of people. Not just Jonah, but a mysterious metal knight who has bad intentions. Can Luna protect her?
It's still good, but a little more serious in tone than the last series. No changing people into owls here. Really, if not for Count Von Brucken's turning into a snarky little houseguest, it would be almost dark. There's a new love interest (sigh, another blonde,) and it ends on a dramatic note.
