A decent guide to controlling your time vs time controlling you - in the author's words, you are the ringmaster instead of the beast. There are loads of tips but the main premise is the primary way to organize your day is via a "master list". This list is a dump for all the bits and pieces of your life - work and personal. From this list, you plan your work and time around what is the best use of the time you have available. The author also recommends that you work on your "veggies" - those items that you know you should do, but that are hard to swallow. I think Covey would say that these are the items that are not urgent but are important. Many good take-aways but nothing earth-shattering.
