Rape Crisis: Responding to Sexual Violence Book

In Britain, rape crisis centers have provided the most effective and valued source of support for survivors of rape ever since the centers were developed through the 1970's women's movement. Yet now, at the same time as Britain is failing survivors of rape in the courts, there is also a threat to the centers' work. This book explores and explains: how it has gotten to this point of crisis and what needs to be done
