The Quilt of Belonging: Stitching Together the Stories of a Nation Book

From Albania to Zimbabwe, every nation of the world is represented in Canada's Quilt of Belonging. Each block symbolizes one country and was created by someone originally from that place. This unique and highly visual book highlights dozens of individual blocks and tells the fascinating stories of the groups they represent. Each block showcases beautiful craftwork: some are embroidered, some knitted; others are embellished with beads, butterfly wings, porcupine quills, and many other materials.
