What a hard review to write. On the positive side, the photos and images were breathtaking. Much of the text was quite fascinating. The first 70ish pages covered a general history of astronomy, which I thought was quite well done. The rest of the book consists almost exclusively of fantastic images taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, with accompanying captions.
On the negative side, I really wished for more organization. Like, maybe a Table of Contents? Some clue as to how the image order was determined within each section? Worst of all were the typos and blatantly misleading captions. The word "too" was spelled as both "to" and "too" in the same sentence. Letters were missing from words. A sentence cut off in the middle and never completed. Captions referencing pictures on page x, but the pictures are on page y. Completely different pictures on adjacent pages with the exact same caption. It all makes one question the accuracy of the rest of the information. Very disappointing.
