Sarah McLachlan is one of the world's leading female vocalists, the founder of the Lilith Fair (all girl bands), and has been on tour with her Chef for the better part of the past ten years.

Chef Jaime Laurita has cooked everywhere from family restaurants to top-notch professional kitchens. He's a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where he was awarded a scholarship to the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners. He has catered for many celebrities and rock bands, including The Rolling Stones, Placido Domingo, Barenaked Ladies, The Tragically Hip, Phil Collins, and Prince. This is his first cookbook.
