UPDATE: The best thing about this book is that all the recipes are perfect for a healthy diet. No fried meat, a lot of vegetables, colourful dishes. Even those who never considered going vegetarian or pescetarian will be delighted by these salads, so I really recommend it to couples that have to compromise because one is keen on meat dishes and the other one would rather avoid meat. I have already cooked more than twenty recipes and I am still in awe with it.

I've just got this book from some wonderful friends and, unlike with other cooking books, browsing through it was really inviting and appetising! So we immediately tried out three of them in the first week and we are astonished by the results.
* This is not a vegetarian book, as advertised on Amazon. It contains, among others, recipes for salads as main course (usually with beef and chicken,) chicken salads, pasta salads, sea-food salads.
