Teaching Martial Arts Book

Overall this book was very useful for me. I am a black belt Instructor at my school and I was looking for something to help me with Instructing several age groups. The book covered several aspects of martial arts while making it easy to understand. It got into the best teaching styles for different age groups and how to handle a class in difficult situations. It was a lot of useful information that was quick and easy to read.
I would recommend this book to any experienced martial artist who is looking to get into teaching or wants to improve his/her instructing. The book helped me develop better character and instructing. Teaching martial arts is its own art and understanding it better can make you a better martial artist overall. This book also gets into how to start your own school. I myself am not looking to start a school just yet but it would be helpful for anyone who is thinking of starting one.
