A collection of stories both fiction and non-fiction. The stories themselves have a wide range from airliner crashes, the start of a cross continent trip in a Piper, to stories from jet pilots flying missions.
The overall book is not an easy read. The constant changes in voice when switching authors makes this book difficult to site and read large chunks at a time. Best to read a story and come back at a different time.
I found this book great for finding books I'd like to read in their entirety. The experts included while generally short are still enough to get a feel if the book covered would be worth a purchase.
