The Perennial Care Manual
I've always been an amateur gardener. I love plants, but I don't always know the right way to take care of them. And I'm always eager to have a beautiful garden, but usually get lazy over the course of the year in taking care of them. But after picking up this book and reading about the different plants I have in my well established gardens - I feel like I can finally do the right thing for the plants. I know when to trim them or cut them back completely and I can now figure out what filler plants will work in the few problem areas I've noticed. I have used sticky tabs to mark the pages for all of the plants in my garden so that I can flip through easily (I don't always remember their names).
