Hip Hip Hooray for School! This new and exciting workbook from Sesame Workshop® and Learning Horizons® is designed so your child can have fun learning right along with all of the favorite Sesame Street friends! With the activities in this book, you can help your child get ready for school.

This big workbook will help to teach and reinforce valuable literacy and math skills. Your child will learn to recognize the letters of the alphabet, correct letter order, beginning letter sounds, rhyming words, and short and long vowel sounds. Additionally, your child will have opportunities to practice important early math as well as writing numbers and number order, counting and counting by 2s, as well as writing numbers, recognizing shapes, and adding and subtracting small groups of items.

Several special "Explore More" activities can be found throughout the book, and Family Activities are including with each chapter for more fun ways to extend learning at home with your child. When you think your child is ready for a bit more of a challenge, be sure to look for some of the more difficult activities that are labeled with the "think" icon.
