Author Biography:
Joan Hustace Walker is a member of the Dog Writer's Association of America and has had hundreds of articles published in a variety of magazines, including Dog Fancy and Dog World. She has been writing professionally since 1984 for both general and technical audiences, specializing in animals, environmental issues, education and aging, profiles, and performance events. She also maintains the popular Internet column, The Canine Companion, at www.tritronics.com (a Web site devoted to providing up to date information about training tools for dogs), which was nominated for a national award. She is the author of many dog and pet care books.

This book was very thorough and informative for this breed, from Puppy to Senior Chi. Offered great suggestions and advice. Definitely would recommend this book for anyone wanting advice on this breed or just a refresher if considering to adopt a new Chi to the family.
