Why am I even...seriously...argh...even I want to smack Hatsumi in the face at this point. I'm not saying she deserved it, but kneeling and begging HIS forgiveness....? ARGH.
I just don't even know what to say anymore.
The author has absolutely no understanding of the BDSM relationship, so if that's what we're trying to go for here (which is what it seems, in a rather half-assed sort of way) they need some serious education on what it isn't.
It's not abuse.
It's not acting in an abusive manner.
It's not disrespectful of your partner.
It's not forcing someone to be with you.
It's not...ok, it's just NOT anything in these books. Period.
At this point I'm only reading it because I want to see where it goes...like watching a wreck happen...
