The best stand-alone for the nWoD. It has all the tools to run chronicles with kids as protagonists, with tons on info on how to incorporate the POV of children into a horror campaign. It deals with very difficult themes with maturity, and all the descriptions use very realistic POV's from children. I think that it would be great for chronicles using Changeling the Lost as BG. My only remark is that its metrics are not easily converted for a "grown up" character game: a kid with str 5 is obviously not the same as an str 5 adult. Nonetheless, it shines on every page. A must for horror fan ST's!
