I've been taking the guy's class for a year, probably ought to read his book.
I'm going to have to list this under "read" though, because I'm going to be reading pieces of it for a while. It has a lot of great exercises that we do in class, especially for warm ups. Good body dynamics stuff. I have enjoyed doing those exercises in class and I used them to warm up during the last play i was in and they really do help to get grounded and prepared. I don't know how much help this book would be for actors who aren't in Terry's class, I could see it as a help for a teacher looking for things to do, but you need a teacher to guide you through the acting stuff.
