For those with a crafty bent and not too much imagination, this is the perfect book. Yep, you can make stuff out of stuff you find. It's just that none of this is too interesting and the stuff that is, well, all I can say is that those gals must be scrounging in some pretty upscale neighborhoods.

Perhaps the fact that one worked for Martha Stewart Omnimedia and the other did something equally as lucrative should serve as a warning to the rest of us plebes.

Sure, anyone can make a delightful mirror frame from the driftwood they've collected while walking on the beach in front of their Maine home, but what about picture frames from discarded syringes, crack vials and used condoms.
