I really enjoy using this cookbook! So much variety, simple, easy to make recipes. I love that the recipes all have nutritional information. I have probably tried 30 of the recipes and will make most of them again. It's hard to find a slow cooker cookbook without use of processed foods and a healthier set of recipes. Most of the recipes use a smaller 3.5 to 4 quart crockpot which is ideal for 4 servings. The correct size pot makes a big difference in how the dish comes out.
