There are some good sections on Jungian roots of New Age as well as the occult origins of the enneagram, but overall a rather weak treatment of such a grave matter. There was little to no mention of the way New Age practices can open one up to demonic oppression. Considering those in the New Age Movement are facing eternal damnation for grave violations of the First Commandment I was expecting a more robust denunciation, or at least a more spirited warning. One notable oversight was the failure to address yoga, which deserved its own chapter at least. I also found Fr. Pacwa's favorable mention of Fr. Richard Rohr to be ironic considering he is the leading proponent of New Age practices in Catholic circles today (though to be fair he may have been less heterodox when this book was published).
