In my opinion, the best thing that came out of the book was the author's archetypes of "Belligerent, Emulator, Striver". Easy to read and follow, though at times redundant. Loaded with anecdotal information about the author's own life and quest to become the best competitor he can be; although at times, it seems like a quest for validation as much as introspection. Nevertheless, it helps one to look inside themselves and examine the ways that they can improve their approaches to real-life situations.
