The Chocolate Snowball : And Other Fabulous Pastries from Deer Valley Bakery
I appreciated that the recipes were rated according to difficulty. What I didn't really enjoy was how the recipes were written for sea level and only had vague high-altitude adjustments. Baking at 5000 ft (Denver) and baking at 10000 ft (Deer Valley) is not quite the same thing, as Pie in the Sky has shown. I haven't gotten up the courage to try any of these recipes yet, because I'm so afraid they'll come out wrong.
