Women in Aikido
A collection of interviews with female black belts in Aikido. Overall it's more of a spiritual/emotional look at the martial art. The concept I believe was to get the viewpoint of women in what was considered to be a more male dominated role. I found some of the interviews to be outstanding, and others were just OK. A little touchy feely for me. It seemed dated as well, but that is to be expected as the role of women in society changes over time.
