A Patzer's Story Book

"'A Patzer's Story'' outlines my struggles with depression and at the chessboard. Written out of recent frustration after repeated losses on the chessboard, this book is the culmination of my thoughts and my plan to not only deal with the chess losses but also to battle my biggest opponent, depression. While this was done primarily for my own therapy, it is my hope that whoever reads this book can gain something positive to hold on to and practice, whether it is at the chessboard or life in general. While this is centered around chess, chess players and non-players alike will all benefit from the ''22 Rules'' in the book."
