The characters are strong and the story paints a picture of the Cherokee customs during the time period. The stubbornness and superstitions of these people are told with a touch of humor and wonder.

I found that this book to be wonderful story set in a time when tension was high in America between the early settlers and the Native American culture. Adair writes a well-crafted story, with multidimensional characters and exquisite backdrops of the land and customs. The story line is about New Moon's & James Fitzgerald's growing passion for each other, and written as a tale with much detailed to specific areas of history. The reader can feel this author's love and its wonderful heroes. I laughed and cried as I read this wonderful passionate love story. The reader feels all the pain, torment and disillusionment felt by both main characters, but also the joy and love they felt. I was easily captivated by the story and was enthralled by it until the end.

I got an advanced copy of this book from Story Cartel for my honest review. I would recommend this book to everyone that loves this genre. Passion Vision is a meaty, historical romance that transports you to a another place, and time, and holds your attention from beginning to end.
