A Case for the Divinity of Jesus: Examining the Earliest Evidence Book

This was a very well researched book with many sources to prove his argument. It was also very well written and not difficult to understand. Overman brings up many good arguments for the divinity of Christ. I enjoyed reading this book. He used many different references and also broke down each of his individual arguments into parts. Everything he presented made sense and he did well to just present the facts rather than personal opinion, which is something I really enjoyed. He did not try to force an opinion on the reader simply because he thought it was true. He simply presented facts and let the reader do with them what they thought. He let the reader decide what they thought and form their own opinions about whether Christ was indeed divine or not. I really enjoyed reading this book! I didn't feel like I was being preached at either, which is a turn off in my opinion. Like I said earlier he simply presented facts.
