I don't know why I read this stuff.
It started out with a standpoint that is just not true. At the beginning he explicitly states that salt is an element on the periodic table and the fourth most common element in the world as well. It's not. Salt is sodium chloride (NaCl) and therefore a mineral--made of more than one element--not an element in itself.
Then, the "cures" are mostly identical. Almost any ailment can be fixed by drinking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water or bathing with a half cup of baking soda. Sometimes it tells you eat some honey or rub something on your skin.
This one had too much nonsense to finish. Even if there was some credibility in some of the pages, he lost my confidence from the start. By the way, I picked this book up out of sheer curiosity. Science-based medicine trumps So-Called Alternative Medicine (S.C.A.M. for short) on all counts, because it actually works.
