There is the imaginary world of management and there is the real one. This book will show you the real techniques managers use to make their decisions. This book is about management techniques. When I say techniques, I do not mean techniques you get to learn in management schools. Leave those where they belong, in books. Managers around the world make their decisions based on certain techniques, skills, and habits that are the result of thousands of years of human experience. These techniques are passed down secretly from one generation to another. You never thought when your manager shouted at your face that he was actually using one of these techniques. Well, you were wrong. He was using management by "Shouting."
