I skimmed the intro, took the quiz, and skipped to the "change how you act" sections for my procrastination types. Most advice I am already doing like "do one task a day you have been delaying," but other advice was new and intriguing like "socialize with optimistic people" and "make a mistake once a day on purpose."
A worth-while read, but like most "self-help" books the author rambles on about how their method helped Bob and Joanne and Mary Sue.
