Fateful Choices: Tales along the Road Taken Book

This book is full of selections from women's writings. The first time I opened the book, I turned to the page containing an excerpt Annie Dillard's "Teaching a Stone to Talk." From that point, I was hooked. I return to this book often as it spends time now and again on my bedside table. My favorite time to read is in bed in the morning on a rainy morning and it is a good friend for those moments. Oftentimes it will lead me to a passage from an author and lead me to read more from that author. I am grateful to the woman who introduced me to this book.
