Our book group met with the author via video to discuss the book. (He was an old friend of the guy who selected the book). The conversation provided interesting insight into the way that Tom Parker used his own personal experiences in his life (most of the people in the book have "connections" to real people.)
The group liked the first part better; more precise and clear. The latter portion of the book sort of unravels as the character does. A sad story of a woman who never seems to find her identity.
