Fortunately, Jacob Two-Two's new neighbor Mr. Dinglebat says he is a Master Spy. Can Mr. Dinglebat help Jacob Two-Two expose the corruption at Privilege House, or is he just a crazy old imposter, as Jacob's family suspects?
