50 Hikes in New Jersey
I purchased this to complement my geocaching adventures. As I traveled about the state seeking boxes in woods, I thought it was good to learn about the known hiking trails available. Of course, back then, I was also looking for new and interesting places to place geocaches too.
It's a fine book, but for those of us in the south of the state, there is not nearly as much covered compared to the northern end.
Each hike is highlighted with a topo map and a couple page description of the area. It's a nice introductory text for hiking around the Garden State.
