AAAS Science Book List Book

I am surprised and delighted with how resourceful I found this book. It is a workbook, a guide, a reference book. The author has synthesized the information without trying to sell a modality. The charts illustrating the meridians are only the beginning. She integrates these into the 5 elements, yin/yang, organ function and other techniques. I will use this book as reference in communicating with my acupuncturist as well as a guide to being in touch with physical sensations in my organs. Obviously, a great synthesis for meridian therapies and balancing whether used for EFT purposes or otherwise.
