Complete Sourdough Cookbook: Authentic and Original Sourdough Recipes from the Old West

A good entry level book on use of sourdough. Besides the usual recipe type, a significant percentage of recipes use the sourdough as a flavoring agent rather than a leavening agent. I have used a few of the recipes and found them all to be good.
