To cover everything in Arizona would require a library, not one book. So who has time to read a library? But in the space available, these pages will conduct you into every corner of the state - through deserts and forests and canyons - to our National Parks and Recreation Areas, National Monuments (of which Arizona has more than any other state) and Historical Sites. You ll visit scenic marvels and get a backward glimpse into some of Arizona s fascinating history. Towns are mentioned only if they are important crossroads, or seem notably historically. I thought you d rather hear about points of interest near cities, than about the cities themselves.
I hope you ll enjoy this book - I know you ll enjoy Arizona. - Reg Manning
