Granberg-Michaelson offers a variety of reflections on leadership here, and at the core the necessity of leaders to be self-aware and attentive to their inner life. I was left wanting more on that very thing, but really appreciated this text as a readable primer on how to become the type of leader who can effectively lead an organization through change. Lots of wisdom to glean here.
